A post-construction clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to remove construction dust, debris, and residue left behind after a build or renovation. This type of clean prepares the space for move-in, listing photos, staging, or use.

Our post-construction cleaning service typically includes:

• Wiping and sanitizing of countertops, cabinets, shelves, and ledges
• Cleaning inside and outside of cupboards and drawers
• Detailed baseboard and trim cleaning
• Floor care: vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all hard surfaces
• Cleaning and polishing sinks, faucets, and fixtures
• Bathroom deep clean (toilet, tub, shower, vanity, mirrors)
• Cleaning of light switches, outlets, door frames, and doors
• Dusting of vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
• Removal of stickers from windows, appliances, and fixtures (as needed)
• Spot cleaning of walls
